| Beacon Capital Management Limited is a Registered Investment Advisor with the SEC and offers discretionary portfolio management and investment advisory services, together with a range of investment products such as CD's, Bonds, stock and money market funds. |  |

| Discretionary Accounts We accept discretionary accounts and offer a comprehensive portfolio management service. Based on a tailored Asset Allocation model, a portfolio of stocks, bonds and cash will be designed and the securities purchased. We then monitor the portfolio regularly with changes implemented on a weekly basis as may be required, buying and selling the securities as objectives are met. Portfolios are rebalanced from time to time, usually quarterly, when individual positions fall below or above certain predetermined %'s. A typical portfolio may consist of 60% Stocks, 30% Bonds and 10% Money Market. Quarterly reporting is provided together with monthly Brokerage statements and online account reviewing capability. (minimum account size $250,000) |

| Institutional Portfolios We offer trust companies, HNWI, institutions, government agencies and pension plans a wide range of traditional and alternative investment opportunities designed to provide absolute returns through all types of markets and with an emphasis on capital preservation and growth over the long term. (minimum portfolio size $1 million) |

| Restricted Stock Services We assist in the deposit of Restricted shares with a broker, completion and filing of all documentation required to remove restrictions (where possible), and advise as to the disposal of these shares once they are Unrestricted. |
